MINSTRONG INNOVATION CENTER

Minstrong Innovation Center has process research and development laboratory, process testing laboratory,  engineering application research laboratory, and a pilot workshop. A complete catalyst development and production process control system has been established here. Minstrong uses its own technology to produce catalysts, and manages the quality of catalysts through the laboratory to help customers solve problems in engineering applications.

MINSTRONG CATALYST PRODUCTION BASE

Minstrong catalyst production base has 5 catalyst production lines, where large-scale equipments are used to complete every process of catalyst production. The workshop has an advanced control system to precisely control every parameter in the production process to ensure that the produced catalysts are excellent and of stable quality. The production base has its own pollution control system to process and recycle the polluting substances produced in the production process to protect the health of our employees and avoid damage to the environment. 

MINSTRONG R&D LAB

Minstrong R&D Center has built chemical material analysis laboratory,  catalyst evaluation laboratory, engineering testing laboratory and a pilot workshop.

The chemical material analysis laboratory can detect various physical and chemical indicators of the catalyst, which can help the R&D team improve the catalyst more quickly.

The catalyst evaluation laboratory and engineering testing laboratory allow us to provide customers with more information, help customers make better use of catalysts, and avoid accidents during catalyst use.

The pilot plant is of great significance to us and can help us develop a stable catalyst production process.

MINSTRONG PRODUCTION SHOP

Minstrong production base has 5 catalyst production lines, and the annual catalyst output can reach more than 1,000 tons.

The workshop uses advanced large-scale equipment to produce catalysts to ensure stable quality of the catalysts.

The workshop has the ability to quickly switch products and customize production. We can adjust the formula and change the molding process according to customer needs to produce customized products.
